Guided walks

Guided walks are led by our experienced guides who will take you on a 1-hour tour of the Zoo taking in the highlights for only $10 per person*

If it is your first visit to Auckland Zoo, guided walks give you a great overview of the Zoo so you can go back to your favourite exhibits later in the day. If you are a regular visitor, you'll get to know the Zoo, the animals and the staff even better - who better to share the stories and answer questions than the staff who work here every day?

Bookings - Walks are available every day at set times. Guided walks can be booked on the day when you arrive an the Zoo or, if you know when you are going to be visiting us, you can pre-book by calling the Experience Products team on +64 9 360 4700 or email.

Price - $10 per person (*not including admission fee). Children under 4 years old are free. Children under 15 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Note: Guided walks are pushchair and wheelchair friendly. Guided golf cart tours can be arranged depending on availability.
