Insure your future, and the planet's

vero

Through our participation in conservation projects on-site and out in the field, both within New Zealand and overseas, Auckland Zoo plays a key role in helping to give wildlife a future.

The Zoo is delighted to announce that Vero Consumer Insurance Specialists (CIS) is now joining us in these efforts by giving Auckland Zoo Friends of the Zoo (FOTZ) members an exclusive insurance opportunity, that will also benefit endangered animals in the wild.

For every insurance policy taken out by FOTZ members, Vero CIS will donate a portion of the premium to the Auckland Zoo Conservation Fund (AZCF), and will do this each year the policy is renewed.

Vero CIS general manager, Tony Headland says "We are delighted to be supporting the wonderful work that the Auckland Zoo is doing in the area of habitat preservation and the protection of endangered species around the world. Together, we can ensure their Conservation Fund receives regular contributions to enable this work to continue for many years to come."

The Auckland Zoo Conservation Fund founded in 2000, has to date raised funds for conservation projects - from Ark in the Park in Auckland's Waitakere Ranges to the Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Project.

Vero CIS has an A+ (strong) Standard & Poors rating, and has been voted 'Insurer of the Year' by the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2006. The company provides competitive and comprehensive cover for everything from house and contents, to cars, boats and caravans.

With Vero CIS the process of changing over your insurance policy is very easy, they can even contact your old insurer on your behalf to arrange the change over for you. For further information and a no-obligation quote, call 0800 505 905 or email cissales@vero.co.nz
